Welcome to Happy Homes Lighting. By requesting a consultation, scheduling services, or hiring Happy Homes Lighting for permanent outdoor lighting installation, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Happy Homes Lighting provides professional permanent outdoor lighting installation services for residential properties. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Permanent LED lighting installation under the eave of homes

Track and board installation along the home perimeter

16 million color smart lighting systems controlled via mobile app

On-site consultations, estimates, and project planning

All services are performed based on the scope of work agreed upon prior to installation.

Happy Homes Lighting provides permanent outdoor lighting installation to residential properties. You should expect to receive messages about estimate reminders, project details, and scheduling.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (916) 634-2218. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive appointment reminders on a weekly basis. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent.

2. Estimates & Project Scope

All estimates provided by Happy Homes Lighting are based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Final pricing may change if additional conditions are discovered, including but not limited to:

Structural or architectural limitations along the roofline or eave

Conditions not visible during the initial consultation

Changes to the requested scope of work

Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and approved before additional work is performed.

3. Scheduling & Site Access

By scheduling a consultation or installation, you agree to provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to the property during the agreed-upon time window.

Delays caused by weather, site readiness, lack of access, material availability, or other circumstances outside of Happy Homes Lighting's control may require rescheduling. Happy Homes Lighting is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

Missed or canceled appointments with insufficient notice may be subject to rescheduling based on availability.

4. Deposits, Payments & Refunds

A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or preparation work has begun.

Because permanent lighting installations involve custom materials, labor scheduling, and site preparation, refunds are not provided once work has started.

5. Installation Conditions & Results

Installation results may vary based on the architecture, roofline design, and existing conditions of the property.

While Happy Homes Lighting uses professional-grade materials and proven installation methods, minor variations in light placement or coverage may occur based on the structure of the home.

Clients acknowledge that permanent lighting systems require proper care and maintenance after installation.

6. Warranty & Maintenance

Happy Homes Lighting may offer limited workmanship warranties as outlined in writing at the time of service.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, weather events, structural movement, impact damage, or alterations made by others after installation.

Routine maintenance and proper use of the installed system are the responsibility of the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Happy Homes Lighting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of installed lighting systems or related services.

By hiring Happy Homes Lighting, you agree to hold harmless the company and its representatives from claims resulting from pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or conditions outside of our control.

8. Website & Content Use

All content on the Happy Homes Lighting website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Happy Homes Lighting and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. For information on how we handle your personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.
